Alexandra Lúgaro was born on June 10, 1981 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Graduated from the secondary school of the University of Puerto Rico, at the age of 15 was admitted to the Río Piedras campus of the University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in business administration from Triple majoring in finance, marketing and Economics and then his Juris Doctor. In 2014, his mastery culminated in Spanish current and comparative law at the Complutense University of Madrid, where is currently finishing his doctorate in law in the research of current structure and comparative of the order of finance and taxation: lines of reform. Lcda. Lugaro, lawyer and entrepreneur, is also, mother and wife. The last decade has served as Executive Director of corporations America Aponte and associates and The Metropolitan New School of America, which has drafted competitive proposals for funds with which to implement innovative science-based educational initiatives. He has successfully managed multiple educational projects, funded with State and federal funds without having received any negative signs during his career.

 

As part of its work in these companies, managed budgets millionaires, oversaw hundreds of human resources and specialized in the various laws that covered the initiatives of the Department of education. His continuous contact with teachers, principals, parents and students, have enabled him to understand and analyze the complex structure of the Agency with greater budget and that ensures the most important thing in our society: education. On the other hand, in his private practice as a lawyer, has been witness to innumerable injustices being committed daily against citizens who are unaware of the judicial system and have no money to pay for the defense of their rights. You have seen weaknesses prevailing in our corrections system, which far from rehabilitating the confined, stigmatizes them of for life, condemning them to a vicious circle of departure and return to prison.
